After facing several delays, the third version of the Firefox 3.1 has been launched.
The new beta 3 has many new features- the users can open a new tab, without using the File drop menu option, they will just have to click the green colored sign at the end of the previous tab to open a new one. The new features focus at making the browser options more accessible and easy to handle one.
The new version also includes tweaks to the Private Browsing Mode and the TraceMonkey Javascript engine.
Beta 3 is the last version of Mozilla to be termed as Firefox 3.1. The next beta version will be named as the Firefox 3.5 beta-4.
